Both of your ad suppliers are what are called "premium" ads,and pay better then most.
However because they pay better they are also more cautious and allow less repeated clicks from an IP and also more suspicious.
This is why many experienced publishers use a third,or even fourth,ad source as well,to lessen the chance of over clicks,and also simply to offer more selection-which of course always means you will earn more.
Never think of a lower paying ad visit as a waste,think of it a bonus.
Over a year or even six months,the person with 3 or more ad sources will earn more then the person with only two premium ad sources.
